The Florida Panthers are currently dead last. Yes I know it is only 3 games in but that is completely unacceptable. Losing to good teams like Tampa and Columbus is fine but you can’t lose to Vancouver. I’m going to go on a rant. If you are saying don’t push the panic button you are wrong. We have to. The team that was 27-11-3 at home last year is now 0-2-0 in front of their own fans. Unacceptable. Aleksander Barkov is good but has been completely neutralized in the Tampa and Vancouver games. When he is neutralizsed, his linemates can’t do anything. Other than a couple of goals, Vincent Trocheck and Jonathan Huberdeau are invisible. I forgot Jared McCann and Denis Malgin were on the team until I looked at the box score. Hoffman can’t hit the side of a barn with his shot. The powerplay and penalty kill are atrocious. Yandle turns over the puck like a game of hot potato. Pysyk and Matheson have been dreadful. The worst is Reimer. Reimer has always been bad in October but he is basically swiss cheese since Lu went down. He can’t make a big save and he is floundering. Vancouver won 3-2 tonight. My three stars are as follow: 1- Pettersson 2-Horvat 3-Nilsson.

Anyway this team needs to win on Tuesday or else. Honestly this is completely unacceptable. This is not how playoff teams play.
