According to Lee Goldberg on Twitter the Portland Pirates are moving to Speingfield. I think I understand why they are moving to Springfield. The reason being Springfield is closer to Sunrise than Portland. The Springfield the Pirates are moving to is in Massachusets. It has been confirmed. The current Springfield AHL team the Springfield Falcons the affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes is moving to Tuscon, Arizona. In my opinion they should be relocating the Pirates to ethier Jacksonville, Atlanta, Miami or Orlando. Let me know what you think in the comment section.
