Panthers Starting to Improve Defensively

The biggest story this season for the Florida Panthers has been the lack of good play defensively which has really been the main reason for their loses. Though recently the Panthers have improved as they are now on a 3 game win streak the longest of the season which is pretty good considering where the team currently stands at the moment. Ekblad has been on top of his game lately playing aggressively and it has payed off the past couple of games for the Panthers.

Although the Panthers defense isn’t one of the leagues best, it has highly improved from a year ago. Another big story is James Reimer who has really filled the hole for the yet injured again Roberto Luongo. As for Reimer’s goal against average (GAA) is 3.15 (this is considered average) and needs some work, but if he’s consistent in what he’s doing so far this season he is definitely in the run for the Vezina trophy (Goalie of The Year) and could lead to lots of success for the Panthers this season.

It’s been awhile but I’m back
