The regular season finale ended well. The Panthers scored 3 quick ones. Those were from Purcell, Jokinen and Ekblad. Ekblad tied second place for most goals in one year by a Panther defenseman with his 15th. Huberdeau got his 20th and Smith got his 25th with an empty netter. Roberto robbed Stall with not only a minute into the game. That was Jordan not Eric. The Cats finished with 47 wins and 103 points. Willie Mitchell addressed the fans at the end and thanked them.
